Created as a clearing or collection unit.

The section to the left includes a “slide-in” style container. The right section is for cutlery (shown with 3 gastronorm style containers for Knives, Forks and Spoons) can also be made with 2 sections or 1 section.

Smaller sections make for easier removal

The lower section is for trays or flight trays featuring an open grill for hygiene.
